ORDER CONFIRMATION

• Upon Checkout, an order confirmation email will be sent to your email address stated, please check your spam box if you have not received the order confirmation email
• Orders are only confirmed after successful payment

PAYMENT

• All payment are to be made at the checkout page with a valid debit/credit card
• A confirm payment email will be sent

PROCESSING TIME

• 2 working days after Order Confirmation, pre-approve artwork will be sent to the email address stated for approval
• Design and Personalisation will be entirely based on submitted Order Confirmation

ARTWORK APPROVAL TIME

• 2 working days for customers to approve artwork via email reply to hello@pedestalworks.com.sg
• Customers MUST approve design before any production
• Strictly NO other revisions after approval of artwork
• Alteration of other design features aside from; Couple Names / Wedding Date / Venue OR Hashtag shall be subjected to a fee of $60.00
• Please kindly check through the Personalisation Text (e.g. spelling and date)

PRODUCTION TIME

• 3 - 4 working days will required for production
• Email/ WhatsApp text notfication will be sent after items have been shipped out

ESTIMATED TIME FRAME

• Total of 7 - 8 working days is required for Processing, Approval and Production
• 3 - 4 working days is required for delivery to customers by standard shipping

REVISION TO ARTWORK (IF ANY)

• Subjected to only  ONE revision to PERSONALISATION TEXT revision such as Names of Couple / Wedding Date / Venue OR Hashtag
• Alteration of other design features aside from the above, shall be subjected to a fee of $60.00
• Additional Proccesing Time of 2 working days will be required after recieving revision reply from the customer

DELIVERY

• Delivery at $5.00
• Full Address is required for delivery option
• 3 - 4 working days to customers by standard shipping

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

• Strictly NO returns after production, delivery/collection
• Strictly NO refunds after payment made
• Upon collection, customers shall be responsible to check the correct item received.
• After collection, items are deemed to be verified and PW CONCEPTS PTE. LTD. will not be liable/responsible for any issues pertaining to the item.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All listings are only limited to Singapore
• PEDESTALWORKS reserves the rights to accept or decline any/all orders from and through the website in the absolute discretion without assigning any reason, our acceptance of the order will include a confirmation email that is sent to the email address stated by the customer
• In an unlikely event where the arranged service is unavailable; not limited to cancellation, shortage of materials. PEDESTALWORKS reserves the rights to cancel the order and provide a full refund only to the item's price stated on the listing

CONSENT OF MEDIA USAGE

• PEDESTALWORKS reserve the rights to publish any media contents taken and shared during the wedding for marketing and advertising purposes required
• All intellectual property rights are consent and lawfully licensed to PEDESTALWORKS, without our prior consent any copy, reproduce,adapt, transition, distribution or property with any content that are owned by PEDESTALWORKS are not to be used in any ways, that includes advertising, publicity and third party purchase for resales without PEDESTALWORKS written consent
