ARTWORK APPROVAL TIME
2 working days for customers to approve artwork via email reply to sales@pedestalworks.com.sg
Customers MUST approve the design before any production
Strictly NO other revisions after approval of artwork
The design is fixed with no alteration
Please kindly check through the Personalisation Text (e.g. spelling and date).
PRODUCTION TIME
3 - 4 working days will required for production
Actual tones may differ due to the lighting/brightness/colour composition of your devices.
Email/ WhatsApp text notfication will be sent after items have been shipped out
ESTIMATED TIME FRAME
Total of 7 - 8 working days is required for Processing, Approval and Production
3 - 4 working days is required for delivery to customers by standard shipping
